This will be compiled for the client to review and make the right choices for them. We will also help manage your budget as it is so easy to get carried away with the vast array of choices available. This area covers all the elements required to make your day perfect, typically venues, transport, photographer, video, cakes, flowers, entertainment, stationary, favours, dress hire, hair and make up.

Full day Support
This service will completely allow every one to relax. 20Five Eight will be on hand all day to ensure everything happens when it should and that everything is in place. We will coordinate with all suppliers and absolutely nothing will be left to chance ensuring your day runs perfectly.

Design
Many couples want their day to be unique. 20Five Eight will help design your wedding to your exact requirements. From a themed wedding such as ‘Vegas’, arranging helicopter transfers or simply finding unique finishing touches, we will ensure your day is one everyone will remember.

Invitations
As your big day looms closer 20Five Eight will take care of your invitations. Covering scribing, posting, managing replies special diet requests and final guest list co-ordination.

Advisory Service
This covers any aspect you may be uncertain about - legal issues about marrying in Scotland, wedding etiquette, assistance with speech writing, choosing appropriate music and hymns, finding the ideal gifts for attendants.

Present Lists
Rather than have one list in one store, many couples are looking for something with more choice. 20Five Eight will co-ordinate your gift list from as many different outlets as possible including local galleries, shops and suppliers.

Pre and Post Celebrations
Many wedding now are extending beyond the day of the ceremony. This is especially so where guests and the bride and groom may have travelled from some distance. Many families are now choosing to have pre wedding dinners and also increasing in popularity are post wedding brunches, giving everyone a chance to reflect on the previous day celebrations.

Tie up the Loose Ends
With one day taking so long to organise there is always lots to do at the end. 20Five Eight will ensure every loose end is tied up. Including - return of dress hire, collect remaining cake from the venue and send pieces to those who couldn’t attend, collect gifts from reception and arranging cleaning of bridal wear. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your honeymoon.

The first consultation is free of charge and this initial discussion gives you the opportunity to discuss what type of wedding you would like and what level of involvement you require form 20Five Eight. We would then advise you of the most cost effective rates.
